Syntagmatic - how you combine these selected elements in the video, and also how the video is edited and filmed.
Music videos represent the contexts and themes of the song and help to illustrate the meaning of it. They are a form of visual pleasure, especially to fans because they provide voyeurism/the pleasure of looking at the band or artist.
